1. Ledger Finality — No Returns
All purchases through Saf Taao are final and non-refundable. Every transaction is permanently recorded on the public ledger. Saf Taao intends for ledger entries to be permanent and immutable. Except where required by law, completed ledger entries will not be edited, removed, refunded, or reversed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this immutable record.
2. Public Display Consent
By submitting a username, social media handle, nickname, or real name during checkout, you explicitly consent to the public display of:
- Your self-selected display name
- Your purchase number (timestamp)
- The purchase price associated with that timestamp
No email addresses, payment information, shipping information, or other personal details are displayed on the public ledger. Saf Taao reserves the right to feature, share, or highlight ledger entries across its platforms.
3. Access Codes
Access codes are single-use and transferable. You may give your code to another person, but once redeemed, it is permanently consumed. Saf Taao is not responsible for lost, stolen, or shared codes. The first valid redemption locks the price and records the ledger entry.
4. Pricing & Availability
Prices increase by a fixed increment with each sale. All prices are displayed in USD and must be paid in full at the time of ledger entry. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout based on your location. Inventory is live and subject to change. Saf Taao reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, or drop mechanics for future releases without notice.
5. Sales Tax
Physical drop orders include Washington State sales tax at the applicable local rate (currently 10.1% for Covington, WA). Tax is calculated and included at final checkout for all orders shipped to or picked up in Washington. Out-of-state orders are not subject to Washington sales tax.
6. Product & Fulfillment
Product descriptions and images are representative. Saf Taao makes every effort to ensure accuracy, but slight variations may occur. Shipping timelines, if applicable, are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, branding, logos, and content on this site are the exclusive property of Saf Taao. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Saf Taao is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in a drop. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in dispute.
9. Right to Refuse Service
Saf Taao reserves the right to refuse service, revoke access codes, or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
10. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By proceeding, you represent that you meet this requirement.
11. Changes to Terms
Saf Taao may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
