The Concept

Saf Taao is a pricing experiment built around a simple idea: Slow at first, then all at once.

Every timestamp begins at a fixed starting price. Each time someone joins the ledger, the price increases by a small amount. Early supporters pay less. Later supporters pay more. Every participant permanently secures their place in the history of the drop through the public ledger.

The shirt is the physical artifact. The timestamp and price is the product.

A drop selling out doesn't mean it's finished. 'Pending restock' means the current batch is gone — more are made in small runs as demand justifies it. The price keeps climbing as long as people are willing to join.

Saf means "slow."

This is the controlled stage of the experiment. Every purchase is reviewed manually. Supporters contact us directly, receive a one-time access code, choose their size, and submit a public ledger name. Every ledger entry is moderated before being approved.

The goal of the SAF stage is not scale. The goal is learning. We are proving the concept, building the community, and documenting the first supporters who believed in the idea before automation existed.

Taao means "then all at once."

Once the model is proven, the process becomes automated. Supporters will be able to claim timestamps directly, prices will update automatically, inventory and fulfillment will run in the background, and new drops will launch without manual intervention.

The vision is a self-sustaining system where every drop tells a story, every ledger preserves history, and every supporter can point to the exact moment they joined.

The public ledger displays only:

No payment information, shipping information, email addresses, or private customer data are displayed publicly.

A ledger position can never be recreated. Once a timestamp is claimed, that exact place in history belongs to that supporter forever.

The first 100 positions on the ledger become Founders.

Founder range: positions 1–100. Once position 100 is claimed, Founder status can never be recreated — no one after it can become an original Founder, no matter how large Saf Taao grows.

Founders are the people who joined before there was proof this would work. Their designation is permanent and public on the ledger, marking who was here first.

What that means in practice will grow alongside Saf Taao — early access to what comes next, and a hand in shaping the community as it scales.

Historical entries preserve the verified year they entered the ledger.

Beginning with Stamp #042 on June 6, 2026, Saf Taao began recording the exact date and time of every new ledger entry in the format [POSITION]-[YYMMDD]-[HHMMSS].
